The price isn't the difference. What's included is.
If you're comparing our $1,999 all-inclusive price against other implant offers in the Sacramento area, including ones with a lower headline number, don't compare the stickers. Compare the scope. This page gives you the exact checklist, and it works on us too.
The only comparison table that matters
Take any implant ad, ours included, and fill in this table with the office's own written answers. Not what the ad implies. What they will put on paper.
| Ask for it in writing | Our answer | Their answer |
|---|---|---|
| Titanium implant fixture included? | Yes | ____ |
| Custom abutment included? | Yes | ____ |
| Porcelain crown (the actual tooth) included? | Yes | ____ |
| 3D CT scan and consultation free? | Yes, both | ____ |
| Add-ons (extraction, graft, sedation) priced in writing before treatment? | Yes, always | ____ |
| Complete written total for a standard single implant | $1,999 | ____ |
If their column matches ours line for line and the total is lower, take their offer, sincerely. A complete price is a complete price. In our experience, the lower headline rarely survives the third row.
Why headline prices drift from final bills
Implant advertising has one reliable trick: price a component, imply a tooth. A finished implant is three parts (fixture, abutment, crown) plus imaging and any prep work. An ad can truthfully price the fixture alone, or the placement alone, or a "from" figure for the simplest theoretical case. None of those is the number you will actually write a check for. Offices that quote each component separately in the Sacramento market typically land between $4,000 and $6,500 for the finished tooth.
The fix isn't cynicism. It's paperwork. Any office confident in its pricing will hand you a complete written quote with the exclusions priced. We built our whole practice on that sentence: $1,999 covers the titanium fixture, the custom abutment, and the porcelain crown, with the free 3D CT scan and consultation included. Extractions, bone grafts, and sedation are quoted separately, in writing, before you commit to anything.

Questions patients ask us
What's the difference between a lower advertised price and your $1,999?
Often a few hundred dollars on the sticker, and potentially thousands in what's included. The only comparison that matters is whether each price covers the fixture, the abutment, AND the crown, and what gets billed as an add-on. Ask both offices the same five checklist questions and compare the written totals.
Why don't you just match lower advertised prices?
Because our number is an all-inclusive price, not a starting point. We would rather publish $1,999 that includes the crown than a lower headline that doesn't. If a competing written quote covers the same complete scope for less, bring it to your free consultation and we'll put ours next to it line by line.
Do all low-price implant ads hide fees?
No. Some are complete prices, some are component prices, and the ad usually won't tell you which. That is exactly why the checklist exists: the same five questions sort every offer, including ours, in one phone call.
What should a written implant quote include?
The complete price for fixture, abutment, and crown; a list of possible add-ons (extraction, bone graft, sedation) with the price of each; and confirmation the CT scan and consultation are free. If any of those is missing, the quote isn't finished.
