We collect information you submit through the virtual consult form (email, phone, photo of your smile, concern, location preference), through phone calls (call duration, route info), and through standard web analytics (pages visited, referring source, device type) via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
How We Use It
Personal information is used solely to evaluate your treatment options, deliver your consult, schedule appointments, and follow up on care. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
HIPAA & Medical Records
Once you become a patient, your medical records are protected under HIPAA. Photos submitted via the virtual consult form, before becoming a patient, are treated with the same standard of care.
